We stayed in the water villas that were extremely fine and visited Thudufushi. However, the resort didn’t offer breakfast at the water villa as per other reviews, along with the coffee machine was broken.
As regards the food, it was below standard using a menu offering that is very limited.
just returned from a 3 week stay on this lovely isle , we as constantly stay in the beach bungalows , we prefer the beach as you have the palm trees and nature all around you , the over water villas are breathtaking and very luxurious , my concern with these are saftey aspects , there is absolutely no hand rail to the jetty and on some parts of the villas ,, a couple things have changed on thudufushi , but nothing that would deter me from returning ,, we hope to return one day , but pricing has and he said that the dive team were exceptional and gave constructive advise that empowered him to persue his complex diving qualification , would definitely recommend this bit of eden ,, and we hope to come back in the future We went to thudufushi. We were completely blown away with this particular isle that was beautiful! The staff were really friendly but had extremely small knowledge of cocktails. The weather was terrible and the villa was rocked by powerful winds and thumped by heavy rain for the duration of our stay. The staff at Thudufushi were the most lovliest bunch of individuals we have ever met, they really go out of their approach to make your stay the most enjoyable encounter. We remained the the water villas that are glorious, they were genuinely breathtaking and the snorkelling at your water villa is Exceptional!! The food was amazing and the resort organised nightly entertainment (films, shisha’s, quiz’s) – one of the nights amusement we particulary appreciated was the demonstration from among their in house marine biologists concerning The Fish!
It really was paradise to us and we will never forget our fantastic time there!! Hopefully one day to return!
We actually can’t flaw this place. Thanks at Thudufushi to all of the staff for making our honeymoon truly astounding! Totally wonderful!!! Just what a wonderful two weeks we had, resort lovely, staff fantastic, particularly Raj in the Tavern, who looked following the four of us indeed. Animation staff were great, especially Sabrina. Trips superb, snorkeled with Manta Rays – excellent. Took a trip to Arthuruga, also lovley island, house reef better but we believe we saw it on a really very good day! Because they are situated where they are in Thudufushi, they usually get some swell in their own encompassing sea along with breezes, which will be actually excellent. Be aware of the currents across the end when snorkelling, you should ask several of the cartoon team the most effective time of day to go according to what the tide is doing.
The buffets are wonderful and also the food of very good quality, tons of fresh fruit also, which can be fantastic. Would definatley go back to this island but want to attempt Arthuruga as well. Sadly however, we have heard that both islands are likely to get a water and refurb bungalows, having seen the artists impression of what’s occurred to Lilly Beach one just hope these islands do not go the same manner. Element of theof these isles is their authenticness?? Lousy word but am sure you understand what I am talking about.
